As a reinforcing filler, silica is rich in silanol groups (-OH) on its surface, making it highly hydrophilic and prone to agglomeration. Traditional modification methods often face:

Process Workflow
- Quantitative Feeding: Silica is fed via a screw feeder.
- Agent Atomization: Modification agents (e.g., silane coupling agents) are atomized under high pressure.
- Three-Roller Modification: The material forms a spiral gas-solid flow. High shear forces break down agglomerates, while mechanical energy generates heat to facilitate chemical bonding.
- Collection: The modified powder is captured by a professional filtration system.
