I. Electrode Sheet Crushing & Delamination Equipment

1. Turbo Mill

  • Principle & Features: Utilizes conical rotor and stator with adjustable clearance. Rotor tip speed can reach 120 m/s. Material is subjected to high-speed impact, shear, and friction between the rotor and stator to achieve electrode sheet delamination. 2. Horizontal Classifying Mill

  • Principle & Features: Composed of a crushing disc and hammers. The grinding chamber is divided into two delamination zones. The first zone performs coarse crushing/delamination, while the second zone connects to the classification area for fine delamination and assists the sınıflandırıcı wheel in separation. The crushing/delamination components are high-speed balanced, achieving tip speeds up to 120 m/s. Components can be customized in different specifications and materials based on material properties or specific requirements.

3. Pin Disc Mill (De-agglomerator)

  • Principle & Features: Two pin discs inside the mill rotate at high speed in opposite directions. Product fineness is adjusted by the discs’ speed. Easy to clean by simply opening the mill door. Suitable for materials with Mohs hardness not exceeding 3. Features screen-less design for smooth discharge, high capacity, and low operating cost. Equipped with dual drive, it can achieve linear speeds over 200 m/s for greater crushing force. It de-agglomerates coarsely delaminated powder. When combined with an external classifier, it enables effective separation of active powder from electrode fragments, significantly reducing aluminum impurity content in the final powder.

III. Active Powder Milling Equipment

1. Jet Mill

  • Principle & Features: Filtered and dried compressed air is injected at high speed into the grinding chamber via Laval nozzles. Particles are repeatedly collided, abraded, and sheared at the intersection of multiple high-pressure air streams. The ground material is carried by the upward airflow to the classification zone. The centrifugal force from the high-speed classifying wheel separates coarse and fine particles. Qualified fine particles pass through the wheel to cyclones/dust collectors; coarse particles fall back to the grinding zone for further milling.

2. Multi-Rotor Mill (Drying De-agglomeration Mill)

The Multi-Rotor Mill, was designed under the guidance of our German and British technical consultants. It excels not only in efficient grinding but also in drying, de-agglomeration/dispersing, and modification. Multiple rotor discs (up to 10) are mounted on a vertical shaft. Each disc has uniformly distributed blades, with adjacent blades forming honeycomb-like channels (up to 1600 channels in the largest model). High-speed rotation creates turbulent airflow within these channels. The liner, often corrugated or multi-toothed, promotes turbulence and enhances grinding, shearing, and impact forces.
