The customer is a leading global specialty materials manufacturer, with its European R&D centre based in Barcelona, Spain. While developing a new generation of high-end cosmetic foundations, the customer faced a significant technical bottleneck. Their formula required sericite mica with an exceptionally fine and consistent particle size of D97=10µm. Furthermore, to supply their global production lines, the process needed to be both precise and high-yield, demanding a reliable throughput exceeding one ton per hour. Their existing 分類 equipment could not simultaneously meet both the precision and capacity requirements.
