Air flow classifier is a kind of dry air classifier, also known as static classifier or inertial classifier. It is different from general classifier, and its principle stems from the well-known Coanda effect. At present, it is widely used in various industries. However, in case of failure or abnormality, the raw material supply shall be stopped quickly, the system shall be stopped as appropriate, and corresponding measures shall be taken

1. The powder flow at the outlet of the raw material supply pipe is uneven, or there is an obvious gas line in the middle. Cause: The outlet of the raw material supply pipe is blocked by foreign matters or has attachments. Countermeasures: remove foreign matters or attachments. The user shall not disassemble the raw material supply pipe without authorization. If the air flow classifier is abnormal and needs to be disassembled, the supplier shall be contacted in time, and the spraying pipe shall be sent to the supplier or the supplier shall assign special personnel to maintain it. 2. The reason for the large amplitude vibration of the powder flow of the air classifier body: (1) The inlet of the raw material supply pipe is blocked: the powder attached to the inlet wall of the raw material supply pipe suddenly collapses due to some reason, temporarily blocking the inlet. (2) The pipeline is blocked or leaking. Countermeasures: The feed pipe has an adaptive function, which can solve the problem by self balancing. At this time, there is no need to stop the machine. After a period of time, the air flow classifier will recover by itself. Sometimes, it can also be restored manually. Check the pipeline for blockage and leakage. 3. Reasons for large change in yield of F, M, G: (1) blocked pipeline or dust collector; (2) Pipeline leakage; (3) The grading knife is seriously worn. Countermeasures: Check the blockage and leakage of the air classifier pipeline or collector. Timely replace the grading knife with severe wear. 4. Reasons for overload tripping of fan: the air flow classifier body, pipeline or dust collector are blocked. Countermeasures: check the blockage of the air flow classifier body, pipeline or collector. Air flow classifier has become an indispensable processing equipment in industrial production. At present, it is widely used in ore, chemical industry, lithium battery, new energy, medicine and food, rare earth and other fields. Among many air flow classifier models, FW air flow classifier is a representative one
