Air classifier is an important Umico powder machine for obtaining ultra-fine particles with narrow particle size distribution

In the field of ultra-fine powder processing, air classifier is an important means to obtain ultra-fine particles with narrow particle size distribution. The grading wheel of the air flow classifier is composed of a front flange plate, a rear flange plate, several blades and a sealing plate. The blades are fixedly connected with the front flange plate and the rear flange plate respectively. The sealing plate is provided with an annular groove, and the rear end of the blade is inserted into the annular groove. The adjacent blades are provided with a feeding seam, and the inner side of a plurality of blades forms a cavity. The rear end of the blade is equipped with a radially enlarged blade tail. The linear speed of rotation of the blade tail is higher than the linear speed of rotation of the blade part at the front side. Therefore, the airflow formed by the rotation of the blade tail can block the powder at the outside of the blade tail, so that the material powder must be rotated and selected by the blade to enter the discharge pipe from the feed seam

In the powder processing industry, air flow classifier is often used. The key component of air flow classifier is its grading impeller. When working, small materials pass through the gap between the blades of the rotating grading impeller, and large materials are blocked on the other side by the blades, so as to achieve the purpose of material grading< Br/>The materials move to the classification area with the updraft under the action of the fan pumping force. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator and dust remover for collection through the classification wheel, and the coarse particles drop to the crushing area for further crushing< Br/>The motor drives it to rotate at high speed in the classification housing (the speed can be adjusted at will), forming a strong centrifugal force in the air flow classifier. The air powder mixture entering the classifier enters the interior first. Under the centrifugal force, large or heavy particles are subject to the centrifugal force, so they are thrown to the periphery to the side wall of the classifier, and are no longer affected by the centrifugal force. They naturally fall into the crushing host to continue crushing or fall to the outlet for collection; Small or light materials are subject to small centrifugal force and hover inside. Affected by the induced wind of induced draft fan, they are carried to high places and move along the pipeline to the next component for classification or collection. The centrifugal force in the classifier can be adjusted by the speed regulated by frequency conversion, so as to achieve the purpose of separating materials with specified particle size
