In addition, the superheated steam working medium will not generate static electricity, wall sticking phenomenon will not occur. The ceramic-lined jet mill is mainly composed of a feeding device, a crushing chamber, a discharge outlet, a steam distribution pipe and a nozzle. The feeding nozzle and pulverizing nozzle are made of high-strength, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant special alloy, and the nozzle structure is supersonic design; The lining of other flow passage parts is made of high-strength wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant engineering ceramics, of which the feed venturi, ceramic middle ring, outlet lining, ceramic upper cover and ceramic lower cover are made of high-strength reaction sintered silicon carbide; Parts such as steam distribution pipe and main engine casing are made of stainless steel and polished, making the whole machine appearance beautiful and compact. The ceramic-lined jet mill can be used together with the Air Classifier. According to the physical characteristics of materials and the purity requirements of finished products, lining ceramic tiles inside the equipment to increase the wear resistance, reduce the impact of materials on the equipment, increase the service life of the equipment, and accurately control the iron content of materials in the process of crushing and classification, successfully solved a series of problems such as the adhesion of battery materials, poor fineness and inaccurate classification.
Working principle of ceramic-lined jet mill: after filtering and drying, compressed air is sprayed into the crushing chamber at high speed through Laval nozzle, and materials are crushed by repeatedly collision and friction at the intersection of high-pressure air flow. The crushed coarse and fine mixture reaches the classification area under the action of negative pressure fan, and the coarse and fine materials are separated under the action of strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbo, The materials meeting the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator and dust collector for collection through the classifying wheel, and the coarse particles fall to the crushing area for further crushing.
 
Ceramic lined jet mill has the following performance advantages:
