Product Description

  Compared with traditional mills such as ball mills, impact mills, and jet mills, ultra-fine ring roller mills have proven to be the most efficient dry mills. Originally aiming to realize non-metallic mineral grinding with lower energy consumption than ball mills, its application has now been expanded to other industries such as fine chemicals, building materials, and high-tech new materials.

Product Feature

Principle

  1. The ultra-fine roller mill system mainly includes raw material warehouse, raw material feeder, roller mill, cyclone collector (optional), bag filter, suction fan, and control cabinet.

  2. The bottom of the roller mill is a roller mill system, and the top is a turbine grading system. The roller mill system has 3-4 layers of rollers. The turbo classifier has a classifying wheel installed vertically on the top.

  3. The raw materials enter the mill from the top and are distributed on the surrounding rollers. When the raw material passes through the gap between the roller table and the grinding rail, it is impacted, squeezed and ground into fine powder. When the material passes through 3-4 layers of rollers from top to bottom, it is thrown to the shell wall and carried by the suction airflow to the classifying wheel. Qualified fine particles pass through the gap between the blades of the classifying wheel and fly out from the top of the mill along with the inhaled air flow; excessively large particles are rejected under the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating classifying wheel, and fall into the first layer of rollers. The feed is mixed and further ground.
