Product Description

　　The powder coating machine employs conic rotor and stator, the gap between them can be adjusted.

　　The highest linear speed of the rotor can reach 120 m / s.

　　The modifier can be selected from stearic acid or a coupling agent (titanate coupling agent, aluminate coupling agent, phosphate coupling agent, etc.).

　　Wideapplication, can achieve the desired activation effect on various inorganic mineral powders.

　　Dispersity of modifier is increased by means of dilution, emulsification and spray.

　　The material to be modified is fed into the coating machine, where the material will be mixed, dispersed and then coated by atomizing modifier sprayed by dosing pump and the the powder will be coated evenly and completely.

　　One machine is multi-purpose, dispersing and modifying. It can be coated, modified and dispersed by external heat source. It has sufficient coating, controllable temperature, no environmental impact, good modification effect, alloy rotor, high-speed dynamic balance treatment, and up to 6 layers of wear-resistant powder disk, ensuring better crushing effect and long service life.

　　Adjustable crushing clearance

　　Adjustable crushing clearance can realize different crushing forces, which is convenient to adjust the distance between powder rotor and gear ring by 2-6mm. It can be adjusted arbitrarily without changing the rotating speed to realize different crushing forces.
