However, due to the high gas pressure in the barrel of the crusher, many powders will enter the lower bearing along the gap between the dynamic and static seals under the action of pressure, resulting in the bearing being blocked and unable to work, and the spindle can no longer rotate

The material moves to the classification area with the updraft under the action of the fan pumping force. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated. The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone separator and dust remover for collection through the grading wheel, and the coarse particles drop to the crushing area for further crushing. The motor drives the grading wheel to rotate at high speed in the grading housing (the speed can be adjusted at will), forming a strong centrifugal force in the classifier. The air powder mixture entering the classifier first enters the inner part of the classification wheel. Under the centrifugal force, large or heavy particles are directly pinned by the centrifugal force of the classification wheel, so they are thrown to the periphery of the classification wheel to the side wall of the classifier, and are no longer affected by the centrifugal force. They naturally fall into the main crusher to continue crushing or fall to the outlet for collection; Small or light materials are subject to small centrifugal force and hover inside the grading wheel. Affected by the induced wind of the induced draft fan, they are carried to a high place and move along the pipeline to the next component for grading or collection. The centrifugal force in the classifier can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the grading wheel through frequency conversion, so as to achieve the purpose of separating materials with specified particle size.
