In order to use the air flow crusher for a longer time, the following points should be noted: 1. During the production process, the temperature rise of the bearing must be checked frequently. When the temperature rise exceeds 50 ℃, the machine should be stopped for inspection to find out the cause and remove the fault. 2. When the new air flow pulverizer is running, the drive belt is easy to stretch, and the proper tightness of the belt should be adjusted to ensure the working life of the belt. 3. Wearing parts shall be checked frequently and replaced timely to ensure production quality and production volume. 4. The blade and lining ring shall be regularly checked for wear. If the productivity decreases and the particle size becomes coarse after wear, they shall be replaced immediately. 5. The main machine of the air flow pulverizer and the graded flow bearing are lubricated with grease, and No. 2 special grease is used, with a degree of 265-295. 6. The grease change period of the bearing is 2000 hours, and the filling amount of the grease is 1/2 (upper measurement) or 3/4 (lower measurement) of the space in the bearing cavity. Do not fill too much grease, otherwise the bearing temperature will be too high. 7. The grease change period of the screw feeder is 4000 hours. Add ordinary calcium base grease.
