In the working state of the cement powder selection machine, the high-speed motor drives the vertical transmission shaft to rotate through the transmission device, and the material enters the powder selection chamber through the feed port on the upper part of the powder selection chamber, and then passes through the middle and coarse powder collection cone between the upper and lower cones. The tube falls on the plate, the plate rotates with the vertical drive shaft, the material is evenly dispersed under the action of inertial centrifugal force, the external fan enters the powder selection chamber through high-speed airflow, and the thick particles in the material enter the powder selection chamber wall through inertial centrifugal force. After the collision, it loses kinetic energy and slides down the wall, falling into the coarse powder cone, and the rest of the particles are rolled up by the rotating and rising airflow. Throw it to the inner wall of the powder concentrator, lose kinetic energy after collision, slide down the wall, and fall into the coarse powder collection cone.

After the medium coarse powder and fine powder pass through the large wind blades, under the action of the updraft, they continue to rise and enter the second powder area through the vertical guide blades. Under the action of the strong and stable plane vortex formed by the rotating cage rotor, the dust-laden airflow causes the medium and coarse powder to be thrown to the vertical guide vanes under the action of centrifugal force and loses kinetic energy, falling into the medium and coarse powder collection cone, and passes through. The medium and coarse powder pipe is discharged. The fine powder that meets the requirements enters the interior through the cage rotor, enters the low-resistance cyclone separator with the circulating air, and then slides into the fine powder collection cone.
