The working principle of the spiral jet mill:

The air is compressed into high-pressure gas by a compressor, and then undergoes refrigeration, filtration, and drying equipment for air source quality treatment, etc. to meet the clean air source required by customers. The clean high-pressure gas generates supersonic gas column-shaped supersonic eddy currents through special nozzles set in multiple directions in the crushing chamber. At the same time, the high-pressure airflow passes through the feed injector to form a gas piston, so that the feed port generates internal suction and negative pressure to drive the material into the crushing chamber and collide with each other under the high-speed movement of the supersonic eddy current, and the impact produces friction to achieve the crushing effect. Under the action of centrifugal force, it continues to move at high speed in the outer ring of the vortex field, and the tiny particles are not affected by centrifugal force. They are set in the center of the vortex field and move to the upper discharge port with the airflow to enter the cyclone separator for collection. Most of the finished products are recovered, and the remaining small amount of dust is It enters the dust collector for collection through the pipeline, and the clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere.
